Pre-Employment Screen

The Pre-Employment Screen is tailored to determine if candidates have the necessary skills and capabilities to fulfil the requirements of the driving position they are applying for.

It involves an office-based assessment followed by an on-road evaluation, aimed at assessing the candidates driving knowledge, behaviour and their physical, cognitive and visual capabilities in relation to the demands of the driving role.
